City’s Mobile Office heads to Bishop Lavis, Nyanga and Ottery

Next week, the City of Cape Town’s Mobile Office will be heading to the Bishop Lavis Civic Centre, Zolani Centre in Nyanga and the Ottery Civic Centre. Residents are encouraged to take advantage of the services that come along with each mobile office visit.

The details are as follows:

  • Tuesday, 23 September 2025, from 09:30 to 13:30 at the Bishop Lavis Civic Centre, Lenton Drive, Bishop Lavis
  • Friday, 26 September 2025, from 09:30 to 13:30 at the Zolani Centre, Cnr of Ntlangano Crescent and Sithandathu Avenue, Nyanga
  • Friday, 26 September 2025, from 09:30 to 13:30 at the Ottery Civic Centre, Cnr of Edward and Bruce Roads, Ottery         

The City’s Customer Relations Department’s mobile team will assist residents with logging queries and service requests electronically. Customers can engage with the City in a wide-range of non-emergency enquiries such as rates, sewerage, electricity, water, refuse collections, and all other account enquiries.

‘This is the City’s commitment to bringing its services closer to communities and making local government more accessible to all. City staff will be on site to provide guidance and assistance on queries arising on both these days next week. Residents are reminded to bring along their IDs or municipal accounts to help ease the process on the day,’ said the City’s Mayoral Committee Member for Corporate Services, Alderman Theresa Uys.
